Liquid-applied roofing offers a seamless, cold-applied roof coating. It forms a waterproof membrane which is durable and flexible and applied with brush or roller. This process is flame and heat-free, which can be the ideal solution in locations where there is a high risk of flammability.

Although traditionally used to preserve flat roof systems, liquid applied coatings are the ideal solution for unusual shaped or domed roofs where more traditional methods can prove challenging to implement. Also, from a Health and Safety perspective, the process minimises risk for operatives.

There are several benefits to using single-ply membranes; in some cases, there is no need to remove the existing failed products and coverings, which can provide cost-saving on labour to remove and also disposal costs. PVC is also rot-proof with a long life span and high UV resistance.
