Starfish Constructions: Reflecting on a Successful Year and Gearing Up for Growth
As we close the Financial Year 2023/24, we are excited to share our achievements and strategic vision for the coming year. Despite narrowly missing our projected turnover target of £20 million, achieving an impressive £18.8 million, Starfish Construction continuously demonstrates resilience and strength in the market.
Our success is built on impressive contract wins, the successful delivery of projects, the development of our integrated service divisions, and a robust sales pipeline. These elements provide a solid foundation for our future growth and the financial year ahead.
Key Objectives for 2024/25:
- Expanding Revenue Streams: We are committed to growing our turnover and revenue streams at Manchester, Motherwell, and London Hubs.
- Enhancing Market Presence: We will continue strengthening our foothold in traditional markets and the rapidly growing Façade sector, where we have seen substantial growth over the past seven years.
- New Operational Hubs: Plans are underway to introduce new Operational Hubs in the Midlands, Yorkshire, and potentially the Southwest.
- Client Retention and Acquisition: We aim to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while welcoming new clients into our portfolio.
With an ambitious projected turnover target of £30 million for the financial year 2024/25, we are confident that our people, integrated service solutions, and company structure can achieve this projected 60% growth. Throughout Starfish Construction's history, we've continuously planned and managed our growth in a controlled, and sustainable manner.
